Mail and ship faster, simpler and smarter

Developed in conjunction with the United States Postal Service™, Stamps.com is
a revolutionary software-based service that allows you to calculate and print
USPS postage right from your PC. NO ADDITIONAL HARDWARE REQUIRED.
Stamps.com even keeps track of all your postal spending using your client codes
and can even recommend optimal delivery methods, formats and more.

To start using Stamps.com, all you need is a printer and our exclusive software.
In just minutes, you'll have all the postage services of the Post Office right on
your desktop.

How does Stamps.com work?

Connecting to the service is fast and easy.
Our free software will connect you via internet to your Stamps.com Postage
Account. When you print postage, the postage amount will be deducted from
your account. There's never a surcharge. You just pay a low monthly fee of
$15.99 to use the service and its many time-saving features.

Input or choose an address from your address book.
Stamps.com imports delivery addresses automatically from your MS Outlook and
many other popular address books and contact management software. You can
add or edit addresses anytime. You can even print postage directly from MS
Word, Outlook and Corel WordPerfect.

Weigh the package using your free digital scale.
Use the Stamps.com digital scale (free with purchase of one month of service) to
weigh your envelope or package, then input weight.

Stamps.com instantly calculates and prints your exact postage.
Stamps.com calculates and prints the exact postage and gives you an estimate
of the delivery time of all available
USPS services. Stamps.com uses the USPS
database to validate your delivery address to ensure fast, accurate delivery.
Stamps.com can even send an email to the recipient to inform them that the
package is on its way.

Send it off.
Simply apply your Stamps.com postage and hand the mail piece to your Postal
Carrier or drop it in any Post Office mailbox.
